  • Juan is a great trainer. Not only is he fit himself, he's a calisthenics guru but he's a very motivating and encouraging trainer. He's always telling his clients to focus on protein intake and he pushes you to be stronger each time you work out. But he doesn't force you to push it too far. He's all about little changes you can make daily even if it's movement for 15mins here and there throughout the day. It's all about consistency. He's also not big on extremes but sustainability whether it'd be diet or workout regiments. He's also a very nice person and a father of little ones that he's a great role model for. I'd say you book him as your trainer.
